ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

To apply for a presentation, please use a single-page abstract, based on the templates available below.

Abstract submission will open on January 8th, 2025.

The deadline for submissions is February 1st, 2025.

Abstract Acceptance: March 1st, 2025

Conference templates:

The abstract must be a single document in Portable Document Format (pdf) with a file size not exceeding 10 MB.

Following the successful ELS practice, after the Conference peer-reviewed full-size papers related to the conference topics will be published in a special issue of the JQSRT (Elsevier).
